The project
The Koto project was not like the others from the start, and it was an absolute pleasure to have the chance to work on defining and broadcasting an image for products of such rarity!
Imagine a private drive serving a little over a dozen high-end architect villas, some with a pool or jacuzzi.
An elegant, refined approach
As usual for Loft Design, the watchwords remained purity and elegance.
Our creative experiments gave birth to several beautiful concept proposals, graphic devices and layout principles that we didn't keep for the final version. Sometimes you have a surplus of ideas, but simplifying and refining often elevates the best ones.
Bringing the concept to life
For this exceptional real-estate project, we created a visual identity that reflects the exclusive, refined character of the villas. Koto's identity had to be as distinctive as the properties it represents.
We designed communication materials that highlight the unique architecture and high-end finishes of the villas, while keeping a minimalist, elegant aesthetic.
Final result
The result of this collaboration is a pure, elegant visual identity that perfectly reflects the exclusive, high-end character of the Koto project. The communication materials created effectively convey through image the exceptional quality and rarity of these architect villas.
